Hard uncoated

Browse volume:1469 records

The hard uncoated pot adopts alloy aluminum, not pure aluminum. The aluminum alloy is anodized by the manufacturer to increase the hardness and wear resistance of the original aluminum! It's hard oxidation.

The alloy is placed in the corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as the anode, and electrolysis is carried out under specific conditions and the action of external current. The anodized aluminum or its alloy forms a thin layer of aluminum oxide on its surface, with a thickness of 5-20 μ m, and the hard anodized film can reach 60-200 μ M. After anodizing, the hardness and wear resistance of aluminum or its alloy are improved, which can reach 250-500kg / mm2. It has good heat resistance. The melting point of hard anodized film is as high as 2320k, excellent insulation, breakdown resistance voltage is as high as 2000V, and corrosion resistance is enhanced. It does not corrode in ω = 0.03nacl salt spray for thousands of hours.

Frankly speaking, it's still a cooked aluminum pot, but it's much better than the previous one, reducing the possibility of human intake of aluminum, and has no harm to human body.
